The roof was 30 years old with a continuous leak.
The house also looked dated and the owners were looking to refresh the roof and the homes exterior.
POC Plumbing & Roofing was hired for the Tile To Tin conversion and we love it how their new roof will solve so many problems as well as be the inspiration for the colour of the render they chose

Scope Of Work
Supply and install of:
Removal of old terracotta tiles
We supplied & installed of Corri sheets – .48 bmt COLORBOND® Roofing Corrugated – Surfmist Iron Sheets
Roofing work included the : Anticon insulation – CSR R1.3, 1/2 round gutter, Brackets and angles and Downpipes
We also installed roof battens, flashings, valleys, vortex screws and 3 x whirly birds for additional ventilation.
From Tile strip to completion 5 days
This couple loved their new roof so much it inspired them to complete the rest of the house with new render. Very happy customers!
